Firefall Ranch is partnering with Ancient Peaks Winery to host an intimate two-night Winemaker Weekend, where thoughtfully crafted dining experiences, relaxed luxury, and mountain landscapes come together.


This inaugural event is especially exciting because it brings together two brands that share a commitment to sustainability and a deep appreciation for the land. Like Firefall Ranch, Ancient Peaks is rooted in responsible stewardship, crafting estate-grown wines on their historic ranch in Paso Robles with a focus on preserving the landscape for future generations.


To create the signature dinner, Chef Jorge collaborated closely with the Ancient Peaks team, tasting through a selection of wines and developing a menu inspired by the winery's ranching heritage. Premium beef, a hallmark of Ancient Peaks' story, serves as the centerpiece of the evening, with every course carefully paired to showcase the character and craftsmanship of the wines.

We've laid out each day.
DAY 1: Arrive and Unwind

Arrive at Firefall Ranch and settle into your private one-bedroom cottage. Your experience begins with a special welcome pour at check-in, setting the tone for the days ahead.


That evening, journey up to Jackrabbit Ridge for an unforgettable evening beneath the stars. Enjoy savory s’mores, sweeping Sierra views, and a free-flowing selection of Ancient Peaks wines as you gather around the fire and take in the night sky.
DAY 2: Explore & Savor

Enjoy breakfast at your leisure before spending the day exploring Yosemite National Park or discovering the beauty of the surrounding Sierra foothills.


That evening, return to Firefall Ranch for the centerpiece of your experience: an exceptional four-course dinner thoughtfully paired with Ancient Peaks wines. Led by the winery's winemaker, the evening offers an intimate opportunity to discover the stories, flavors, and craftsmanship behind each pour.
DAY 3: One more morning in the mountains
Wake up slowly and enjoy breakfast at your leisure before departing with new memories, new stories, and perhaps a new favorite bottle of wine.
