The Yosemite National Park area welcomed its newest luxury resort last month. Firefall Ranch is a sprawling mountain property situated on 300 acres of tranquil meadowland and forested mountains. Complete with newly built standalone cottages and villas each offering custom woodwork, double-sided fireplaces and covered decks, the ranch also has its roots firmly planted in history, having served as a stop on the original stagecoach route to Yosemite in the 1870s.
In addition to amenities like complimentary bikes, a central pool with two hot tubs, lawn games and fire pits, Firefall Ranch is entering a new foray in to the fine dining arena, led by Chef Angelique Cecilie Pereat.
“We’re honored to be working with Chef Angelique Pereat to build a culinary program that is worthy of our surroundings,” explains General Manager Joe Juszkiewicz. “Chef Angelique brings all the passion of her Argentinian heritage and international training, along with fierce attention to visually stunning details and incredible flavors that are already garnering rave reviews.”
